The programme filmed in Gwrych Castle over the December period for a total of three weeks.
Speaking on the benefits of filming there, AJ admitted it was handy to have been not far from his parent’s house in Cheshire.
However, he added: “Obviously it is not the same as going to Australia.
“No, I did not come back with a tan. So I was a bit upset about that, but it was great [for the programme] to go ahead.
