Royal Thai Army receives three more Mi-17V-5 helicopters from Russia

The Royal Thai Army (RTA) has received three more Russian-made Mil Mi-17V-5 ‘Hip-H’ medium transport helicopters, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand announced via social media on 1 April.
The aircraft, which were officially handed over to the RTA on 26 March during a ceremony held at U-Tapao airfield, will join seven other Mi-17V-5s operated by the RTA.
