Photographer Paul Clemence has captured supertall skyscraper Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world, as it nears completion in New York.
The 1,550-foot (472-metre) apartment building by architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill topped out in Manhattan in September 2019 and is expected to officially complete later this year.

Chicago-based Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill designed the tower at 225 West 57th Street, which is just blocks away from Central Park, for Extell Development.
In addition to being the tallest residential building in the world, Central Park Tower is also the second-tallest skyscraper in both the United States and the western hemisphere. It currently ranks as the 13th tallest building in the world.

Swire Properties sold the remaining condos at Brickell City Centre in Miami, allowing the developer to move forward with new projects in the area,
The Real Deal has learned.
A partnership between Shahab Karmely’s KAR Properties and Edgardo Defortuna’s Fortune International Group acquired the 81 units at Reach and Rise for an undisclosed amount, with plans to relist them with Fortune Development Sales. The units represent about 10 percent of the units at the two condo towers, combined.
The deal, which closed on Thursday, included some penthouse units, according to Defortuna.
