Aptorum Group Limited (Nasdaq: APM, Euronext Paris: APM) ( Aptorum Group or Aptorum ), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, through its affiliate, has entered into a material transfer and option agreement ( Agreement ) with Yale University ( Yale ) to evaluate a group of preclinical stage novel immunomodulators. The novel immunomodulators may potentially target autoimmune and oncology diseases, including but not limited to, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and sclerosis, as well as a variety of cancers, all subject to further preclinical development and testing. Aptorum also obtained an exclusive option to in-license the novel immunomodulators and its affiliated intellectual property rights including its patent rights and know-how, based on licensing terms pursuant to a binding term sheet incorporated into the Agreement.

Prioritizing Nature Yale and New Haven are working together to increase opportunities and education around spending time in nature.
Spending time in nature has measurable benefits to people both emotionally and physically. That’s the driving tenet behind the work being done as part of what is currently called the “New Haven Nature & Health Initiative.” This working group represents a collaboration with Yale University, local healthcare professionals, and New Haven-based nonprofit organizations that understand the therapeutic benefits of spending time in nature. They are deeply invested in making green spaces in New Haven inviting, safe, and equally accessible for city residents.
The Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Yale University is seeking candidates for a postdoctoral research associate with an expertise in electrochemical techniques in environmental applications, electrochemistry, electrocatalytic material synthesis, and electrocatalytic reactor design. Applicants with an outstanding record in other areas of research under the broad theme of, and preferably at the intersection of, material science and environmental engineering are also encouraged to apply.
