Image Source: IANS News May 08 : Ahead of the release of his film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman Khan has pledged to offer monetary help to 25,000 daily wage earners of the Hindi film industry. The Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees (FWICE) said the organisation has a total of 2.5 lakh workers including junior artists, make-up artistes, stuntmen, spotboys and technicians.  According to BN Tiwari, FWICE of President, Salman Khan has pledged to pay ₹1,500 each to 25,000 daily workers of Bollywood on monthly basis. FWICE will send the list of the workers who are in dire need, Tiwari said.

Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees (FWICE) president BN Tiwari confirmed to ETimes, “We have sent Salman Khan a list of names of the people in need and he has agreed to deposit the money.” BN Tiwari also added that a list of 35,000 senior citizen workers has been sent to Yash Raj Films and they have agreed to help in principle. The production house will be paying Rs 5000 and a monthly ration for a family of four. Both, Salman and YRF will go through the list and verify the account details and then deposit the money.
