Delmar police were called at 5:12 a.m. to a home in the 11000 block of Yorkshire Estates where Randon D. Wilkerson was fighting with residents and destroying items in the home, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.
Moments later, Fournier said, a separate 911 call was received from a neighbor across the street who said he and his wife had been assaulted by a male subject. The caller then stated the assailant was no longer at his house.

Court documents on probable cause shed light on what police say happened at the home where Heacook was assaulted.
