YORK, Pa. The York Area Regional Police Department has issued a warning advising the public not to approach new teen runaway, Zephania Wilson, as he does not want to be located and may be dangerous and/or endangered.
Wilson was last seen on April 18, and his case has been called, not the typical runaway.
Police have asked the public to call 911 immediately if you believe you may have seen him.
Damon said he has been with the force for 19 years, and that s the first time an officer has helped deliver a baby like that. We go through the training, it s part of the CPR and first-aid training we receive, he said. But it s not one of those things you are going to be really skilled at doing because it s so rare. You just hope you can remember it when the time comes.
Two ambulances were sent to the house, but they arrived after the birth. Because of the unique situation, the medics wanted to transport the baby and mother to the hospital in separate ambulances.
