Man City announce future signing of €10m Brazilian forward

Manchester City have confirmed the future signing of highly-rated Fluminense forward Kayky in an official statement.
The 17-year-old has long been linked with a transfer to the Etihad Stadium, but a deal was said to have been agreed two months ago. There was just a delay while the various documentation had to be completed.
However,
City have now confirmed an agreement on social media, with a statement reading: “We are delighted to confirm we have reached an agreement with Fluminese regarding the future transfer of Kayky. The teenage forward will remain with Fluminese until the end of the Brazilian season.”
Who is Kayky?
Fully named Kayky da Silva Chagas and compared to Neymar, he only made his debut for the senior team this season but has been scouted by City for a number of years.
He has two goals from his nine appearances so far but underlined his huge potential with a stunning solo goal against Nova Iguacu earlier this month.
Kayky was the top scorer in last year s Brasileirao Under-17 Championship with 12 goals and has also played for Brazil at Under-16 level.
