Breaking Detectives have arrested a teenager after a 14-year-old boy from Wilmslow was found with a serious stab wound A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a 14-year-old boy was stabbed. The victim was found with serious injuries on Dean Row Road in Wilmslow at around 9.35pm last night, Thursday. Police attended the scene and found a 14-year-old boy from Wilmslow with a serious stab wound. The boy was taken to Manchester Children’s Hospital where he is in a stable condition. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening. A 14-year-old boy from Stockport was arrested near to the scene on suspicion of section 18 assault.

A MAN has been arrested in connection with a burglary in Cheshire. The man was arrested this morning, (Thursday, May 6) when officers from Cheshire Constabulary and Greater Manchester Police conducted three warrants at addresses in Wythenshawe and Sharston. The man 24-year-old man from Wythenshawe was arrested on suspicion of burglary in relation to an incident at an address in Handforth in December 2020. He is currently in police custody being questioned by officers. Chief Inspector David Moores, Head of Macclesfield Local Policing Unit, said: “This morning’s raids were carried out as part of operation Hunted and form part of our continued efforts to tackle organised crime.

A HOUSE in Cheshire at the centre of persistent drug use and anti-social behaviour has been shut down for three months. On Wednesday, April 28, officers from Cheshire Police secured a closure order for the property from Chester Magistrates Court. Officers applied for the order, under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, after gathering a catalogue of evidence in relation to numerous anti-social behaviour and drug related issues connected to the property. Following the hearing the 33-year-old tenant has been removed from the property and the address in Mill Street, Macclesfield, has been boarded up. Chief Inspector David Moores, head of Macclesfield Local Policing Unit, said: “Over recent months there have been numerous reports of drug related activity and anti-social behaviour connected to this property.

Cheshire: Drug dealer is jailed at Chester Crown Court | Chester and District Standard

Class A drugs dealer Christopher Bridger was sentenced as a result of officers stopping and searching him. Shortly before 4pm on Monday, March 15, plain-clothed officers on patrol witnessed him acting suspiciously in an area of Macclesfield that addicts are known to go to in order to buy drugs. After witnessing the 26-year-old conversing with known drug users and a coming together of hands, the officers stopped and searched Bridger. He had in his possession a small quantity of cannabis bush, £765 in cash and two mobile phones. Bridger was arrested, and subsequent enquiries revealed that he had a drugs debt and was dealing heroin and crack cocaine.
