The Manitoba Junior Hockey League is getting ready for 2021 should they be allowed to play.
The league says that they’re ready for a restart in the new year with a Restart Action Plan that’ll be put in place if the provincial restrictions are lifted in time.
Some key elements of that plan include a 14-day self-isolation period for all players and staff before any team activities, only having games on weekends and extending the regular season through to the end of April.
The last MJHL game played was a 6-1 win for Waywayseecappo over Neepawa back on November 7th.

The longtime teacher at Silver Heights Collegiate recalled being impressed in the early 1980s after watching Graham James help a young hockey player with his homework in a classroom. I remember thinking, ‘Wow, what a great coach to take this kind of interest,’ said Buccini, who died of cancer in March.
