The new Iron Springs Chateau melodrama takes place in the mountains of Colorado, where two sisters and their mother run a café owned by the black-hearted villainess, Ena Pinch. When the evil woman evicts them, brainy accountant Pomeroy and beefy hero Big Buck Brawny make a plan to save the day.

Free online reservations required through this summer at Manitou Incline

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. â The free online reservation at the Manitou Incline will continue into this summer.
The Incline climbs about 2,000 feet in less than one mile.
Just like in 2020, reservations are free, but required. Hikers must show proof of the reservation and proof of parking to an on-site attendant.
Reservations are available from 6 a.m. through 6 p.m. Every 30 minutes, up to 65 people can secure a spot between 6 and 10 a.m. This decreases to 45 people between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and 25 people between 2 and 6 p.m. You can make a reservation up to one week in advance. To cancel, you must email InclineCancellation@coloradosprings.gov.

Memorial Day is right around the corner just as we re entering a post-COVID era, just as travel restrictions are slowly easing. That means it s time to hit the trails, especially those that were inaccessible during the winter, or due to travel restrictions.
There is no shortage of trails to hike and bike and things to see in Colorado, and it just takes a few minutes of preparation and a bit of good gear to make your trek an enjoyable one.
Let s start with a very basic equipment list, the 10 essentials for hiking, according to the American Hiking Society, along with my input:
