Arrow Minerals Ltd (ASX:AMD) has added technical experience to its board through the appointment of a new executive director with Hugh Bresser to serve as technical director, effective immediately. Bresser has a career in exploration spanning more than 25 years having served in executive roles with Billiton, BHP Billiton and Birimian Ltd and he has held board positions in several listed companies.
