About this group
Kanakapura’s transition from a village on the fringes of an otherwise frenetic modern Bangalore has been quite rapid. There are many advantages to investing in this area today.
Connectivity :
Kanakapura is very close to well-heeled neighbourhoods like JP Nagar, Jayanagar, and Banashankari, which is one of the main factors that continue to drive its growth. It’s also very accessible from other important areas like Whitefield, Yelahanka, Bannerghatta Road, and Sarjapur. The airport is about 45km away while NICE Road and Mysore Road are very close by, facilitating easy connectivity to all parts of Bangalore. But one of the primary reasons for the brisk development on Kanakapura Road is the extension of the Namma Metro network, which is expected to be functional in the area by 2021.
