Man is charged after allegedly touching a baby and pinching a toddler

The man was refused bail to appear at Central Local Court on Thursday.

In September last year, detectives from the State Crime Command’s Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad commenced an investigation following reports three girls had been sexually abused by a man known to them. Following extensive investigations, Queensland Police Service’s Child Protection Officers, assisted by Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad detectives, travelled to Noosa in Queensland on Monday 22 February 2021, and arrested a 44-year-old man on three outstanding NSW arrest warrants.
