Synthesis has attained the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security Competency.
This adds to the company’s announcement of securing the AWS Microsoft Workloads Competency and Synthesis’ growing list of AWS Competency designations.
“We have found that clients often battle to unlock the true benefits of cloud and security is no exception. From years of experience working with banks where security is non-negotiable, we have developed cloud best practices. This experience allows us to set up controls for success and to pinpoint potential problems before they arise and fix them,” explains Matthew Gaskell, Synthesis security analyst.
Synthesis was among the first AWS Advanced Consulting Partners in Africa. It was also among the first APN Partners from the region to achieve the AWS Financial Services Competency and the AWS DevOps Competency designations. The Biden Administration has appointed 39 key members of the U.S. Department of Transportation, with more to come. Among them are Amit Bose, Deputy Administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), and Nuria Fernandez, Deputy Administrator of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Both have held the positions previously.
Amit Bose, most recently Associate Vice President and Program Director at consulting firm HNTB, also served FRA as Chief Counsel. He was involved in the Northeast Corridor Gateway Program, California High Speed Rail Project, Northeast Corridor Future, Southeast Passenger Rail and Build America Bureau.
