Austral Gold Limited: Austral Completes Acquisition of Revelo Resources Austral Gold Limited (ASX: AGD) (TSXV: AGLD) ( Austral ) and Revelo Resources Corp. (TSXV: RVL) ( Revelo ) are pleased to announce the successful completion of their previously-announced business combination, pursuant to which Austral has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Revelo by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the Arrangement ). The Arrangement became effective at 12:01 a.m. (Vancouver Time) on February 4, 2021 resulting in Revelo becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Austral.
