For business leaders everywhere, 2020 was a year like no other. In March, within weeks of the start of the coronavirus outbreak, much of the country was locked down, international borders were closed, millions of workers rushed to set up offices in their homes, supply chains were turned on their head and consumers changed the way they shopped, socialised, exercised and ate.
