The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Kalamazoo Trail on Feb. 9 in reference to a larceny. The victim told deputies that she had Ring video surveillance of a woman, later identified as Kimberly Dowdy, 26, stealing packages from her front door.  Kimberly Dowdy. Photo courtesy of the FCSO Hours later, FCSO responded to a residence on Kashmir Trail for a similar incident. The victim showed deputies video captured on her Ring video surveillance that again showed Dowdy walk up to the home and steal packages. However, this time, deputies were able to identify Dowdy’s vehicle, a gold Cadillac.
