Phoenix Theater Company is preparing for their summer season, bringing back indoor performances after closing their doors due to the pandemic.
PHOENIX - The Valley s oldest theater company is planning to raise the curtain again for indoor performances after being forced to close because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It s been a very distressing year, said Michael Barnard with Phoenix Theater Company. I was in a show when the pandemic hit and it was very sudden, very difficult.

I see the difference from growing up in L.A. as a child and still living here as an adult. L.A. needs to listen to the locals. I have seen the city of Los Angeles cater to the wealthy class while marginalized people of color get pushed out of the communities they created. People of color should not have to move out. Homelessness should not exist in such a wealthy city.
