GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) Last Monday, Greece Police say two children, ages five and three, were kidnapped from their foster home in Greece.
Now, we have new information about charges against the father of the children.
The father, Dimitri Cash Sr., was arrested and arraigned Saturday. He s charged with kidnapping, burglary and robbery. But he s charged as an accomplice, and was not the person police say actually broke into the house to get the children. Cash s bail is $100,000.

Two of his youngest children were rescued by police last week in Montgomery, Alabama. Police say they were found hidden under blankets on the floorboard in the back of a car.
