The Rock County Progressives invite the executive director of an independent social justice organization to shine a light on the State’s two-year spending plan.
Spokesperson Chuck Ogg says the speaker for a virtual event Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. will be Our Wisconsin Revolution Executive Director Mike McCabe.
Spokesperson Chuck Ogg says McCabe is the former executive director of Blue Jeans Nation and Wisconsin Democracy Campaign.

METRO DETROIT When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, musician Mike McCabe was on his way to his job playing piano for vacationers aboard the Carnival Cruise Line.
But the cruise ship shut down, leaving the piano man with plenty of time on his hands. Like so many others finding themselves suddenly faced with some extra free time, McCabe sought out a hobby to keep himself occupied.
