The Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers opened training camp Monday with a new protocol designed to single out players who have yet to receive a coronavirus vaccine.
Unvaccinated Buccaneer players are now required to wear yellow wristbands, NBC Sports’ “Pro Football Talk” (PFT) Writer Mike Florio explains:
“The Buccaneers have informed PFT that the Super Bowl LV champions will be using two different wristbands at practice to distinguish vaccinated players from unvaccinated players. According to the team, vaccinated players will wear red wristbands and unvaccinated players will wear yellow wristbands.”
