The Mike Brown Group has announced that
Ali Bowman, former agent concierge, has been promoted to transaction coordinator. In the role, Bowman will assist agents in listing properties for sale as well as helping agents and their clients buy properties.
Hannah Lee, former director of first impressions, has been promoted to agent concierge. Her duties will include assisting agents. She will also assist with transactional details and agent training. She is a graduate of Boise State University.

Shelbi Thomas joins the Mike Brown Group as director of first impressions. Her diverse customer service experience will serve her in answering office phones and welcoming guests to the Mike Brown Group offices in Meridian. She will also help out administratively.
