Local developer Matthew Chilvers hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Friday for what will be the biggest commercial development in Nolensville: Southwalk.
The much anticipated project is a 27-acre mixed-use development at 7150 Nolensville Road, a little north of Sunset Road. The inaugural dig, complete with golden shovels, was handled by Mayor Derek Adams and a coterie of key figures both professional and personal to Chilvers.
âMatthewâs bringing something to Nolensville that is very special. I think we all know that,â Adams said in his brief remarks. âIt was the vision of Matthewâs and his team that really made this thing happen, and itâs a big development for Nolensville. Itâs the biggest one ever in Nolensville.â
