Kingston Police’s traffic unit this month launched Project Noisemaker, an initiative to target drivers who choose to express themselves through the noise their vehicle makes.
“What I’ve heard the most is that it’s expression: ‘I’m expressing myself through the noise my car makes,’” Const. Josh Brimble said of speaking to drivers stopped for the unnecessary noise being produced by their vehicles.
