We see what you did there, The CW s
DC s Legends of Tomorrow. You distracted viewers over the past few weeks with the build-up to the series return, offered up a season-opener that proved more than worth the wait, and pumped out preview images for an episode a week or two in advance. Now we know what you re thinking- and no, we didn t misnumber this preview for
DC s Legends of Tomorrow. Even though this weekend brings the second episode of the sixth season ( Meat: The Legends ), The CW appears to be going with the timey-wimey season theme by already releasing preview images and an episode overview for the May 16th episode The Ex-Factor. Now to avoid any potential spoilers for Sunday night s episode, we ll keep our overview minimal- but let s just say that Zari (
Tala Ashe) finds herself in pretty much the same situation Rick and Morty found themselves in during the fifth episode of the Adult Swim series second season, Get Schwifty. And as you re about to see, that s not even close to the only drama going down:
Zari first appears in Legends third season. She s an Iranian American hacker and activist who hails from a dystopian future where her family was persecuted for practicing their faith. When she initially encounters the Legends, she tricks them into helping her retrieve a mystical amulet known as the Air Totem that had once belonged to her dead brother Behrad (Shayan Sobhian), who had been tragically killed by A.R.G.U.S. agents. She ultimately decides to remain with the group when team member Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) offers to help her learn how to use her new powers.
