Remember this time last year when so many people were needing food at the start of the pandemic? Food pantries were hit incredibly hard. People were lined up for getting food aid. It was just a very problematic time, said Doug Haney, with the Bike ADK, a bicycle company based in Saranac Lake. We are kind of seeing a little bit of life post-pandemic time, but that doesn t mean hardship is just disappearing, too.
