One of Montreal’s top chefs is set to make his mark at Hudson’s historic Willow Inn.
Danny Smiles, longtime chef at Le Bremner restaurant in Old Montreal and runner-up of Top Chef Canada (2013), has been named the new executive chef and manager of the popular off-island country inn on Main Rd.
