NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Dedicated to its commitment to meeting the healthcare needs of people in the New Orleans region, LCMC Health is proud to announce the opening of its newest urgent care location at 5800 Magazine Street, Suite A. The new LCMC Health Urgent Care Magazine Street location will begin seeing patients Monday, Feb.15.
In addition to delivering the highest level of accredited care for minor injuries and illnesses, the new clinic will provide direct access to LCMC Health physicians for patients needing follow-up care. LCMC Health’s family of healthcare facilities includes Children’s Hospital New Orleans, East Jefferson General Hospital, New Orleans East Hospital, Touro, West Jefferson Medical Center, and University Medical Center.

NEW ORLEANS, La. â These days, the streets of New Orleans are alive, with homes transformed into Mardi Gras floats.
âI ll decorate my house,â Megan Boudreaux recalled thinking when she heard Mardi Gras parades were canceled in the city.
Boudreaux then had the idea that her neighbors might want to join in, too.
âI ll go start a Facebook group,â she thought.
