Chrissie, Sam & Browny clock up 1,000 shows
The
Chrissie, Sam & Browny show – featuring Chrissie Swan, Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown – first went to air in 2016, replacing Meshel Laurie and Tommy Little.
Swan said she was a “lucky duck” and that the show was just as fun in 2021, as it had been in 2016.
It was a relatively understated affair, with Nova not releasing any official statement on the milestone, however the trio did celebrate on Instagram and play ‘From The Vault’ on yesterdays show, reliving one of the team’s most embarrassing and cringe-worthy on-air moments.
In the most recent ratings survey, Nova 100 had a 6.3% share in Breakfast, up from 5.9% in the prior survey. This put it behind FM leader,
