Position Objective:
The HR Reporting Analyst supports the Human Resources Department in all reporting functions and related processes and systems analysis. The HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring reporting consistency and accuracy. In coordination with management, the HR Reporting Analyst establishes and maintains data definitions, formulas and calculations. Works independently and directly with all HR data repositories to extract information for administrative management in a timely manner.
