Poor Luna has been lingering in our care for nearly half a year waiting to be adopted while receiving medical attention on and off, and this adorable girl is hoping to find her loving furever home soon! She is extremely friendly, affectionate, and playful, and loves to chase toys or watch bird videos on a computer screen or TV. She s also gotten along with other social cats in our care, and may appreciate a furry friend in her new family! Due to her past trauma, she does have some special medical needs and slight incontinence, although she uses the litter box well, and her onesies help a lot too! Naked Man Walks Into Cedar Springs Home
Do you have a doorbell camera? What about security cameras on your property? One Cedar Springs woman couldn t believe what her camera captured.
Angela Schreuder recently installed security cameras at her home, and early Sunday morning around 2:15am she was woken by her dogs barking. Schreuder told WOOD TV,

It s a project that was started a few years ago. Due to COVID-19, the event had to go virtual for the last year. Now you can help out in person once again. You can help lift the spirits of the kids at DeVos Children s Hospital by participating in Project Night Lights .
It doesn t take much to participate. Just bring a flashlight and join other community members and law enforcement outside DeVos Children s Hospital on the second Wednesday of every month at 8:30 pm.
The kids who are inside DeVos Children s Hospital will flash their flashlights out the window and then people gathered outside respond by flashing their lights.
Northeastern Little League Concession Stand Vandalized
Someone broke in and vandalized the Northeastern Little League concession stand. The group posted the news on their Facebook page.
Most of the damage was to equipment and food-related items. The season was already officially over for the little league club but the break in occurred either Saturday night or Sunday. NELL says they filed a police report and authorities have examined the scene. They expect the damages to be covered by insurance. Police forensics was on site photographing and fingerprinting the scene, but the majority of their equipment has been damaged.
Photos posted by the group show food, shelving and equipment strewn about the concession stand and large pieces of equipment (including what appears to be a refrigerator) tipped on their sides.
