Lance Bower, 44, was arrested on Dec. 19 at 8:51 p.m. at South Webster Street and Center Road. He was charged with operating while intoxicated (class A misdemeanor) and endangerment (class A misdemeanor).
William Epperly, 63, was arrested on Dec. 20 at 1:20 a.m. at West Havens Street and North Webster Street. He was charged with a warrant for theft.
Blake Grau, 23, was arrested on Dec. 19 at 1:33 a.m. at 2309 E. Southway St. He was charged with operating while intoxicated (level 5 felony).
Reginald Greene, 42, was arrested on Dec. 18 at 2:10 p.m. at 1524 N. Purdum St. He was charged with resisting law enforcement (level 6 felony), driving while suspended (class A misdemeanor), and a warrant for driving while suspended.

Wednesday, 8:21 a.m., deputies arrested Mario J. Liali, 32, 22300 block of Westdale Court, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for criminal trespass and a warrant for conversion.Â
Wednesday, 9:14 a.m., deputies arrested Elizabeth N. Davis, 37, 13500 block of South Deer Creek Road, in the area of Courtland Avenue, on a warrant for parole violation.Â
Wednesday, 11:52 a.m., deputies arrested Jamilee Michelle Engle, 48, Indianapolis, at the HCJ, on a warrant for two counts of theft.Â
Wednesday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested James Coy Beasley, 50, homeless, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a hold for Miami County and charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.Â
Two women and a man from Santa Maria pleaded not guilty last week to fraud-related charges in which theyâre accused of using a California home to collect more than $390,000 in state medical benefits over more than a decade while living in Nevada.Â
Seferino Hernandez and Eden Bautista, both 59, and Thelma Pedroche, 62, appeared via Zoom before Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Patricia Kelly on Dec. 7 and entered their pleas to the charges, including presenting a false Medi-Cal claim and criminal conspiracy.
Additionally, Bautista and Pedroche each received an enhancement accusing them of stealing more than $100,000 in taxpayer-funded benefits.

A man was airlifted to the hospital after falling from a ladder at a Park Ridge home over the weekend.
The 35-year-old victim from Allendale was unconscious and bleeding from the head when police arrived at the West Park Avenue home off Pascack Road just after 2 p.m. Sunday, Capt. Joseph Rampolla said.
A medevac was requested due to the nature of the injury, which occurred when the victim fell from a 6-foot A-frame ladder, the captain said.
AirMed One landed at West Ridge Elementary School and took him to Hackensack University Medical Center, he said.
