A WARNING has been issued to vehicle owners after thefts of catalytic converters. Police say the thefts have happened over the last couple of days in the West Moors and West Parley areas and Honda and Toyota vehicles have been targeted. A post on the East Dorset Police Facebook page said: We have had reports of catalytic converters being stolen over the last couple of days in the West Moors and West Parley areas. Vehicles being targeted are typically Hondas and Toyotas. If possible, park the rear of your vehicle close to fences, walls or a kerb or keep your vehicle in a garage. Alternatively, aim to park in a well-lit and well-populated area.

The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale from zero to five. Five is top of the scale, meaning the hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with regulations. Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
