Sarah Townsend The 158-bedroom property on Princess Street designed by architect Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios opens to the public today as the operator’s fifth in Manchester. The 16-storey hotel is located within developers Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group’s £750m Circle Square mixed-use scheme off Oxford Road. The hybrid building comprises a 1,014-space car park across the first nine floors, and the hotel is located on floors nine to 15, taking Premier Inn’s Manchester portfolio to more than 960 rooms. Construction of the hotel main contractor Russell WHBO completed in December.
