Leaving his flying sleigh in the North Pole to prepare for his big night, Santa is teaming up with the Smithfield Fire Department to ride along on a firetruck in different parts of town on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights.
Santa will arrive in Smithfield neighborhoods each night from 5 to 8:30 p.m. and will travel down every road except dead-ends, Rossi said. With the Fire Department’s help, Rossi said Santa will be able to make an appearance in all Smithfield neighborhoods this week.
