MACOMB – McDonough County CEO is pleased to announce Alison Jefferson will serve as their new facilitator, providing leadership and organization for this year’s CEO students.
“I want to continue to build upon this first-class program for our participants through valuable business site-visits, inspiring speakers, and facilitating meaningful discussion and self-reflection in the classroom,” said Jefferson, a Colchester native. “I hope to learn just as much as our students.”
Prior to this position, Jefferson served as program director for the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation and has experience advising students at the collegiate level. According to McDonough CEO board chair Sarah Grant, the combination of those skills makes Jefferson uniquely qualified for the CEO facilitator position.
