Harbor Humane receives $35K grant from Petco Love

WEST OLIVE A national nonprofit leading the charge to make pet families closer, stronger, and healthier is investing $35,000 in Harbor Humane Society.
The grant from Petco Love, formerly the Petco Foundation, was announced by Harbor Humane on Wednesday, April 21.
“We are excited to use this grant to help even more animals,” said Executive Director Jen Self-Aulgur. “We are so grateful to Petco Love for their investment in our programs and for their support of animal welfare.
The funds will provide treatment to at least 100 heartworm-positive dogs and lower spay and neuter surgery fees for animals who have been reclaimed by their owners.
