Police said they arrested two juvenile suspects on Wednesday after the deadly shooting of a 17-year-old near Marysville Pilchuck High School.
MARYSVILLE, Wash. - Police said they arrested two juvenile suspects on Wednesday after the deadly shooting of a 17-year-old near Marysville Pilchuck High School.
According to Marysville Police, officers responded about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday to a report of shots fired in the 5800 block of 116th Street. While officers were en route, another caller said someone was shot, possibly with a BB gun.

MARYSVILLE, Wash. Detective s are asking for the public s help in piecing together the events before and after a shooting that left one Marysville teen dead.
At 8:48 p.m. on Jan. 5, Marysville police responded to a report of gunshots near 116th Street NE.
Officers found a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his stomach.
The victim was taken to Providence Medical Center in Everett where he later died during surgery.
UPDATE: Jan. 6, 1 a.m.
The 17-year-old male shooting victim succumbed to his wounds while in surgery at the Providence Medical Center in Everett.  The Snohomish County Medical Examinerâs Office will now be assisting with the Homicide Investigation.
Detectives are asking for the publicâs help in piecing together the events prior to and immediately after the shooting. If anyone with home surveillance cameras located in the adjacent neighborhoods located to the north and south of Marysville-Pilchuck High School could check their video footage.  If so, please look for any suspicious activity between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on the evening of Jan. 5.  More specifically, any activity involving male subjects walking or running in the area.  Please contact the Marysville Police and provide the information if any activity is located.  Your piece of information could help complete the puzzle.  Thank you.
A local family had their stolen vehicle returned to them, along with some Christmas gifts and food, following a fortuitous discovery by the Marysville Police Department.
The department was handing out gifts and food to local families on Saturday when officers heard that a vehicle had been stolen from the 1700 block of Ellis Lake Drive. They decided to add the victims to their list of deserving families who would be receiving gifts.
Four hours later, officers delivered the gifts and food to the family. At the same time, patrol officers spotted the stolen vehicle elsewhere. Officers conducted a high-risk stop on the stolen vehicle in the 1400 block of Swezy Street, and arrested John Robert Tau, 33, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.
