More than 104,000 doses of Moderna s COVID-19 vaccine, which was authorized by the Food and Drug Administration on Friday, have been sent to Maryland and the state should have enough doses to vaccinate 90% of frontline medical workers by the end of the week.
Gov. Lawrence J. Hogan Jr. (R) announced the shipment of 104,300 doses of the Moderna vaccine on Monday. The shipment is in addition to more than 86,000 Pfizer vaccine doses allocated to the state over the past two weeks.
