Assemblymember Sharon Quirk-Silva announced her endorsement for Mayor Katrina Foley’s campaign for Orange County Supervisor. Foley is seeking election to Orange County’s 2nd Supervisorial District, in an election that will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Assemblymember Quirk-Silva represents the 65th Assembly District, which includes portions of the 2nd Supervisorial District, including all or part of the cities of Buena Park, Cypress, La Palma, and Stanton.
Assemblymember Quirk-Silva released the following statement announcing her endorsement:
“Mayor Katrina Foley has a well-established record of bold and effective leadership fighting for progress on homelessness, job creation, and improving quality of life in our neighborhoods. On the Board of Supervisors, she’ll work every day to deliver results for her constituents. I hope you’ll join me in supporting Katrina Foley for Orange County Supervisor–we need her.”
Huntington Beach city leaders came together to endorse Mayor Katrina Foley’s campaign for Orange County Supervisor. The distinguished list of leaders includes Huntington Beach City Councilmembers Kim Carr, Dan Kalmick, and Natalie Moser, and former Mayor Jill Hardy. Foley is seeking election to Orange County’s 2nd Supervisorial District, in an election that is yet to be scheduled. The Huntington Beach leaders released the following statements announcing their endorsements:
