After two weeks of drama, emotion, highs and lows, the Olympic Games in Tokyo will end on Sunday.
Following a 12 month delay, the Games has been a success with a number of storylines, incidents and new heroes emerging.
What time does the Olympics closing ceremony start?
The closing ceremony will take place on Sunday, August 8.
With a number of sports still staging competitions on the day, the ceremony will follow at around 8pm Tokyo time (12pm BST).
All athletes have been asked to leave Tokyo within 48 hours of completing their sports to minimise the risk of infection and the spread of the virus among the local population. It means a smaller number of athletes will be around to enjoy the ceremony.
