Saturday s wild weather has authorities warning drivers to use caution on the roads.
Amherst Police say flooding forced the New York State Department of Transportation to shut down the area of Maple Road and Niagara Falls Boulevard around 12:30 p.m. Saturday. That intersection reopened about four hours later.

Transportation officials also closed roads due to flooding in Grand Island and the town of Concord.
