Town of Manlius, N.Y. - Town of Manlius Police are still investigating the deaths of Leah McIrwin and Oscar Sullivan, who were found in their Manlius apartment on Monday.
Police were there after McIrwins s family raised concerns about her whereabouts. They found the two both dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
McIrwin’s death is being ruled a homicide, but they re not yet sure on the manner of death for Sullivan. Police did recover a weapon at the scene.
Police say based on all available information their deaths occurred sometime on Sunday.
They ask if anyone has any information relative to either party or the circumstances surrounding their death, please contact the Town of Manlius Police Department at 315-682-2212 and ask for Sgt. Hatter.

The Manlius Police Department and the Onondaga County Sheriff s Office investigate the deaths of two people found dead just before 9 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2021, in an apartment on Hadley Lane in Manlius.Elizabeth Doran | edoran@syracuse.com

Leah B. McIrwin, 23, of Manlius, and Oscar D. Sullivan, 25, of Manlius, were found dead Monday morning at 4601 Hadley Lane, according to a news release issued by the Manlius Police Department.
Police discovered the bodies while searching for a woman after her mother reported she failed to show up at work, police said.
