One Killed, Several Injured In Grundy County Pile-up
A multi-vehicle accident in blizzard conditions shutdown a portion of U.S. Highway 20 in Grundy County Thursday.
Sheriff s officials posted a photo of the morning pile-up on Facebook just before 1 PM. They reported that the highway was closed between Ackley and Wellsburg but didn t release any other details.
According to a story in the
Grundy Register, one person died in the crash and several others suffered severe injuries. Authorities did not immediately release any names.

The Palmdale parents charged in connection with the murder and torture of their four-year-old son Noah Cuatro were in court Tuesday.
PALMDALE, Calif. - No charges will be dropped against the accused killers of 4-year-old Noah Cuatro. People need to know the truth, what this little boy went through, says Eva Hernandez.
She’s talking about her great-grandson Noah Cuatro, the four-year-old Palmdale boy who died on July 6, 2019.
At the time, the parents Jose Maria Cuatro Jr. and Ursula Elain Juarez told deputies the boy fell into a pool and drowned. But investigators say the evidence indicates the boy had been tortured for several months, sexually abused and ultimately killed.
