All current and prospective DCPS employees, program partners, contractors, and volunteers need to complete a clearance process, which includes a background check as well as other requirements, before providing services to any DCPS student or school.

May 9, 2021 | 9:41 PM PIERRE – A big inning in the first game and a shutout in the second game led Pierre Governor Baseball to a doubleheader sweep of Sturgis Sunday at Hyde Stadium 8-6 & 4-0. Pierre (16-4) trailed 4-2 before scoring six runs in the fourth inning of the first game.  A Sturgis error tied the game before Matthew Hanson gave the Governors the lead with an RBI groundout.  Maguire Raske had an RBI single, then Bennett Dean hit a two-run single later in the inning.  Andy Gordon hit a two-run double in the third inning. Brady Getz pitched a two-hit shutout in the second game, striking out five.  Gary Nedved had a two-run fourth-inning double for Pierre.  Collin Brueggeman drove in a round with a groundout and Jayden Wiebe singled in a two-run fifth inning.

The COVID-19 pandemic shined a light on their incredible resilience and dedication to their fellow service members, their patients and their nation. This week, the Air Force Medical Service recognizes the continued contribution, sacrifice and dedication of its nurses and technicians. These Airmen continue to raise the bar on what it means to serve as an Air Force medic.
