By NU Office of Communications March 16, 2021 NORTHFIELD, Vt. Norwich University President Mark C. Anarumo and Commandant of Cadets Col. Michael Titus announced that Matthew Cutting of Niskayuna, New York, has been selected to serve as the 2021-22 Regimental Commander, the highest-ranking cadet of Norwich University’s Corps of Cadets (NUCC). Cutting, a criminal justice major from the Class of 2022, is contracted with the U.S. Army and is serving as 1st sergeant for the Corps of Cadets’ Cadet Training Company 1. He has served on the Junior Ring Committee and is a member of the Mountain and Cold Weather Company. Matthew Cutting, a criminal justice major and Norwich junior, is contracted with the U.S. Army.
