Sherea Hosea and her brother Straughter Hosea got into a fight just after 11 p.m. in the 100 block of Washington Square, said Sgt. Matthew Malinowski, Syracuse Police Department spokesman. During the fight, Sherea Hosea stabbed her brother in his arm and chest, he said.
