Housebuilder donates book vouchers to Bexleyheath school

Bexleyheath primary school receive book vouchers A housebuilder has donated £500 worth of vouchers to a primary school in a gesture to support child education in difficult times . Bellway London, which is building new homes at Eastside Quarter off Broadway, donated to Gravel Hill Primary School, less than half a mile away on Watling Street. The vouchers, from WHSmith, will go towards funding new books for the school library. Deputy headteacher of Gravel Hill Primary School, Matthew Bird, said: “The vouchers that Bellway has kindly donated will be used to help us buy new books for the school library. The kids all love reading, so I am sure they will be very happy with this.
