Or, la LNH avait affirmé qu’elle avait l’intention d’offrir un repêchage à la métropole québécoise lorsque la situation serait sous contrôle. Et voilà qu’aujourd’hui, elle confirme que celui de 2022 aura lieu à Montréal.

La Ligue tient donc sa promesse et permet aux partisans montréalais qui espéraient assister à un repêchage au Centre Bell de le faire. Ce ne sera pas celui qui aura lieu dans quelques semaines, mais bien le suivant.

What we know: Jack Eichel dropped a neutron bomb on the Buffalo Sabres. As the team’s captain revealed Monday, he’s “a bit upset about the way that things have been handled since I’ve been hurt…. There’s been a bit of a disconnect from the organization and myself.
“The most important thing is trying to get healthy and figure out a way to be available to play hockey next year wherever that might be.”
